ADS Surveyors was founded by Aruna Daby, a Residential Building Surveyor with many years of hands-on experience in heavy property refurbishment and structural alteration projects.
Her background includes full renovations where properties were stripped back to brick, roofs removed and reconstructed, heavily extended and major structural work carried out in close coordination with Building Control and compliance procedures. This has given her deep technical knowledge of construction methods and the ability to identify critical issues that are often concealed behind finishes or overlooked by non-professionals.
This passion for the building work became the backbone of her decision to qualify as a Residential Building Surveyor with the clear purpose of helping home buyers understand what lies beyond the surface of a property and make informed, confident decisions.
